There are loads of options to invoice customers. one of the most basic methods is to create a word processor document and edit it each time you need to invoice a customer. Although this can be time consuming, it means you can have whatever fields you want on your invoice.

Another option, is one of the many apps or pieces of software that can create an invoice automatically. There are many smartphone apps now which can create invoices and email them to your customers, and you can even save all of the customers details to save doing this each time you create an invoice.
